Only issue is they do NOT qualify for factory warranty and good luck getting an aftermarket one.I have found that shopping around really hard using sites like everycarlisted.com and searchtempest.com will yield good deals with none of the headache.

I bought the AR from a cop for $1200 which is slightly different from my old M-16, but it's basically the same animal, bolt, lower receiver and carriage, the stock, hand grips modified with after market mods and a scope which I have not mounted, in fact I think the scope is at the cabin.The other reason I have it is because nuts have them, too bad you have to consider being out gunned, it's a civilian arms race.

Also rents better sometimes with waiting lists :) By the way another advantage of investing in HO county that the quality of tenants has been shown an increase over the years as the "flakes" has been continuously priced out of the area and tend to be moving towards Baltimore County, Glen Burnie etc...and this trend with tenants seems to continue for the foreseeable future as BRAC, Cyber Security, Verizon and other project are bringing more jobs into our area etc.ps I would definitely not buy anything even in first class location UNLESS you can brake even from day one!

We were never really 100% sure until July 26th, 2013.As I was at Brake Check having the usual maintenance done, I stumbled across the day's San Antonio Express-News (paper) and on the headline reads "Valley Green-Card Fraud Alleged".Our investor who within months of opening his Regional office earlier last year recruited up to $100MM in foreign investment funds.It turns out the FBI had been following him in all his activities since last year and are now charging him with wire fraud, money laundering, and transportation of stolen property.Yes we didn't close a deal and yes God saved us from a future pain of unnecessary loss.You may Google "USA Now Regional Office LLC" then click news...
