You might want to double check the definition on Slander before you go around making accusations of Slander. 

Ugly because the listing agent did not supply the documents and information we had requested in the inspection resolution, and when I called to ask for them and tell her we would not be closing until we had received them, she unleashed a torrent of venom on me, accusing me of being unethical, not acting in good faith, threatening to report me to the board, etc.In her defense, we had asked for them to be provided at closing, but it was an hour before, and she still had not provided them.

Many investors don’t get a license since they believe they may be held to a ‘higher’ standard or could be accused of ‘taking advantage’ of un-represented sellers – but all these concerns can be handled by proper disclosures.

I asked her what 'other issues' need to be addressed and she responded by accusing me of being 'verbally abusive' with my 'tone' (via text conversation) and that I was inappropriately 'badgering' her to tell me *now* what she wanted to discuss requiring a house meeting. 

I use a scoring system to avoid discrimination accusations.

Do not throw out insults or accuse someone of having "difficulty conceptualizing" or "fear-mongering". 

Lenders were accused of making "predatory loans", and there were new laws punishing "predatory loans", but the CFPB didn't even define the term "predatory loans" for a couple of years.

I certainly wouldn't want to be accused of being a fraud.  

Don’t jump to conclusion or make accusations for what anyone’s choices are during this time.
