Over the past year or so I've read books, blogs, and watched more YouTube videos than I can remember.

I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to fight against the tide of YouTube gurus that encourage brand-new investors to set up an LLC before even buying their first home.

But since you keep mentioning the issue with Boeing, I will note that the Youtube video I posted is not a media article, it consists of clips of the footage of the US Senate hearing, where US Senators asked questions and Boeing CEO "answered" them (I added quotation marks, because he had no answers for most of the questions, including why Boeing sent US Senate papers with gibberish all over them instead of the production documents that they were required to). 

Usually when someone shows up new to the forums with an inkling to do Section 8, they don't really understand the complications that can come from investing in them and have seen a YouTube or TikTok that makes it sound like a no-brainer to get paid by the government to be a landlord.
