Does anyone know how lenders will view that situation?  

From a property appreciation / ROI-on-sale point of view, its unclear how attractive such a property would be for a future buyer.Would really appreciate your thoughts on this Invest 5S proposition or similar build-to-rent units.

Have had more calls in the last 7 days than I have had the 2.5 months prior combined.Timing is very hard to predict, but I am curious on the view today 4 months out to early March. 

Apart from ACH, which is free vs. a fee on other platforms, the software also keeps track of property analytics and can create a statement of cash flows (NOI/Net Income views also available) and has export functions to give your CPA come tax time.

Its a more comprehensive view especially early in your investing journey unless $ isn't a factor.

My wife was on the phone with a potential tenant as she was arriving at the building to view the unit.

Additionally, E&O will become problematic when you sell your own real estate and view it as a conflict, especially when you are involved with the development team.

This is despite there being other similar single-family home listings in the area that are not grouped in this way.I contacted Zillow about this issue, especially since when I search for my specific listing directly and click on the public view, it shows outdated information (e.g., old history) rather than listing it as available for rent.What is going on with Zillow’s listing display?
