For the last maybe 10 years, they've been going hard after tipped servers, bartenders, etc because they found them to be cheating big time on reporting tips and now they see with the "flipping boom" that MANY operators are playing fast and loose with things.

I work as a server at a restaurant and i have 3000 dollars in savings.

Then if no one waited on you because everyone was busy and the server for your table was not due in for 30 minutes would you go back into the kitchen and cook your own? 

I've help deploy loads of servers, websites and all sorts of shenanigans across the interwebs.

I use a process server to hand the tenant the 3-day notice in person.

It is very scalable, free form, and most importantly; FREE.I plan to setup a Linux server in my home office to host the DB, and if all goes well, I might migrate my properties over to it from quickbooks for some serious analysis.  

Either that or bring the BP servers down.

Just remember what a tip does......Tipping at the bar because of cuteness keeps bad servers in the business!
