Unfortunately, the system does recognize several messages sent to them with the same wording as spam.As you can imagine, BP walks a fine line between giving us opportunities to network, yet protecting us from unwanted spam which we all appreciate.Until they decide to change that, maybe you can post something with a subject lineFrederick Maryland looking for colleagues!

All these can be eliminated by putting unwanted guests in that room !

One lump rent increase might trigger an unwanted vacancy.

I would just make sure adding the third bedroom is ok with the city or at least isn't going to draw unwanted attention.

I have also learned that the more you pay the more rules & restrictions and the more the neighbors mind your business for you, which is usually unwanted.

I don't have the cash or loan ability to cover the unwanted houses or someone backing out.

You might think that all you're doing is making rent more affordable, but you'll likely scare away great potential tenants and attract a lot of unwanted applications.  

I do yellow letters & bandit signs which I hand write "LOOKING 4 UNWANTED HOUSES"  or "WILL TRADE CASH FOR HOUSES"  I tried to stand out from "CASH 4 HOUSES & WE BUY HOUSES.  

The fee will weed out the unwanted people.
