Rental Application

Anybody have a good rental application they can send me? Also, who do you use to run credit and background checks?

There is a company based in West Seneca, New York called RentPrep who do all the background checks you need for a flat rate per applicaton, very reasonable rates.  I know a number of individuals who have used them an love their service.  I will be using them on my next turn over.  They also have lease agreements you can download.
