Are there any websites or tricks you all recommend to find the most accurate ARV?

I've been mentally crossing places like this off my list, but maybe I'm overly pessimistic.Is there a trick to getting furniture and appliances delivered to a place like this that I'm just not aware of?

If they don't show up, we just keep on keepin' on.As a private Landlord with no office, it's probably best to call them 30-60 minutes prior and confirm their intent to show.Another trick is to set showing times or have an open house.

I'll offer myself as free (Saturday) labor for any experienced DIYers who might teach me trick or two.

How do you usually handle screening tenants, and have you found any helpful tools or tricks?

Probably the best example of unlicensed contractors operating with impunity are "gypsies" who trick elderly residents into "paying up front" for roofing or driveway blacktopping jobs.

Maybe a strongly worded letter may do the trick.

Don't put a bulky computer chair, but a simple dining chair with a desk should do the trick.
