Long Beach will host the majority of aquatic events in the LA28 Olympic games, has a wonderful aquarium, it's own system of canals for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, hosts the Long Beach Grand Prix, and is within close proximity to Orange County and LA County beaches.

Finding slightly older properties outside of the big cities of Tokyo and Osaka is a great way to get consistent cash-flow... and now with the land prices finally appearing to be starting to rise, you might even get some bonus capital appreciation.

Also, don't forget LA will be hosting the Olympics in 2028.
