My spouse and I and our 2 toddlers are wanting to move to Orlando (or Tampa) next year.

It is used as a couch most times, but it is great for toddlers used to a bed that can sleep in the same bedroom as mom and dad.

They can feed grapes to their toddlers without peeling them or cutting them in half.

I always put a couple of blocks behind the kitchen range & fridge & laundry machines, never where a visiting toddler might find it.

It’s a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE for us to tell our baby and toddler to be quieter, but the real issue is the structure of the house.

You don't want to go all out with everyroom geared toward kids, you then have the issue of boys vs girls and toddlers vs preteens vs teens and you may turn off some families.
