The slow boat in the fleet right now is appraisals, which have been swamped by demand and delayed by obsolete covid guidelines that they are still milking. 

Even "The Book on Tax Strategies" skims over the fact you cannot get seamlessly transfer a mortgage to an LLC. 

If they don't then they aren't being paid for managing their subs/job and that creates a situation where they do get into financial trouble and start thinking skimming funds looks like a good idea. 

You have two choices, demo the entire lid and add new drywall or get a good drywall crew to skim coat the entire ceiling.

We skim Facebook Marketplace (the functionality is rough).

After skimming Gates, I think where the issue hangs up is there have been discussions in prior cases of what the principal residence in section 121 means.

Skimming through prop stream and the MLS for hours on end has been pretty fruitless.

Also, some buyers will try to milk extra information out of you and sometimes use it against you.
