The difference is that you won't get arrested in San Francisco and potentially do years in prison for wearing a MAGA hat.

Current rent growth trends reveal variations across major cities:>San Francisco saw moderate growth at 4%, still below its pre-pandemic highs.

I have a couple buddies in San Francisco who I've been talking to about potentially co-buying a place in Tahoe and I am wondering if anyone has advice on how best to make a meaningful case for sharing in the costs/ownership/use/profit/tax adv/etc.Curious if anyone has firsthand experience?

If its perfect, then the price of homes is triple what people want to pay (i.e. san diego type areas).I'm just wondering what florida is going to do if their coastal areas lose 2i to 30% of their homes.
