@James Leespeak with @Brian EastmanHe can get you all setupMost large institutions like fidelity will not allow you to invest in a private syndication unless the Sponsor is registered on their platform and you go through a registered rep - so odds of that being the case are super low

I would suggest to get in touch with the landlord of a similar facility in your city and find if he had any challenges/issues with the institute who leased the property or if any from neighbors and how he handled them.
