You live in an RV 7 months out of the year?

I am looking to see if it would be a good investment to make part of the property a RV park by trying to find a resource to see the demand in the area.

Examples are mobile home parks, RV parks, and golf courses where the value of the property is not primarily derived from building(s) but rather from the improvements to the land.

@Paul Sandhu yes if it is not self managed it is very similar to a boat or an RV.

we also have boat and RV parking at another location which is almost full.

For me the RTA cabinets coming flat packed out of Asia are perfect.

This is a long term game - you are going to see trends, you are going to go through market cycles, you are going to have seasons where bookings are packed, and seasons where bookings are slow.
