Thanks for the curiousity I own just the condomulti family I mean a duplex maybe a 3 family if any are available in my area which is unusualRight now I'm doing mostly Zillow and internet searches though I do have a good agent who helped me get this condo that may have insider knowledge on places here and there -I haven't done any meetups though that's on my to-do list to start here in Q1
