My "keep above $1500" nickname grew slowly to become "keep above $2000". 

I'm just over the hill in Reno, NV but grew up just north of San Fran.  

Me and a friend who grew up together are planning in the next year or so to begin our fix and flip journey.

Town of Woodridge, and the town of Swan Lake, I grew up in the town of Swan lake, and I have the ins/outs knowledge,

'My new agent is young, super savvy about investing (has rentals himself), grew up in a family of RE investors, and told me that I should be sending out 10 lowball offers to see what bites. 

I always grew by word-of-mouth, but that's no longer working.

I grew up just north of the city.

Also, I am from AL and grew up in the northshore (Newburyport if you know it).

I grew up in Conroe/The Woodlands not far from Spring - always happy to have a Texas native on the forum :) Like @Sarita Scherpereel said, the meetups in Houston are great to attend, network, and help educate! 

I grew up in Traverse City and help my parents manage their portfolio of STR in that area.
