I'm looking to diversity out of CA real estate market into mid-west / south / south-east and am looking at Indy specifically.

Without mentioning names they own 7300 units in Southeast and a growing company.

I have been in Nebraska for about 2.5 years now, and I enjoy everything but the snow. 

They are a wholesaler in Michigan and Nebraska.

The best cash flowing markets are generally in the midwest & southeast these days. 

We are looking to acquire more communities but it seems most of the communities we're assessing in the Southeast/Midwest come with significant park owned homes (POH).
