The odds of that an engineer will say its perfectly up to code and it requires no changes is probably pretty low. 

Probably 50/50 odds you might get money back going that route.- Tom

thats an odd monthly payment.. can you quit at anytime so maybe only risk 2k and two payments of 747.00  you know the queen of the skies.
