Hi,Any good recommendation for a good roofer in Knoxville TN for a flat roof?

This is speaking from personal experience.After I purchased my first two duplexes in Chattanooga, some basic networking allowed me to walk into a third deal in Knoxville within 2 months, seller financed and 22% CoC.

I wouldn't allow someone local (say, from Knoxville or Chattanooga) to book for a single night, I consider that a red flag, and as much as possible don't allow people under the age of 25 to book, especially for a single night.

I've found that Knoxville, TN has been that under the radar market at the moment that is seeing a great combination of cash flow and appreciation so I continue to invest there. 

Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Knoxville.

Location: Outskirts of Knoxville, TN 37920. 

I would struggle to hit that if I tried here in Knoxville.
