Want to wholesale in a month - Knoxville, TN

I’ve recently started to get into real estate investing. I am actually attending a three day class this weekend to learn more, but I move to Philly next month. I’m trying to make a contract deal in this month before I move, and I am wondering if anyone knows investors who love working with wholesale contracts. Also, any advice will be great!
