Either way I feel like I'll come out ahead even it's just in the education I'm getting.

We even have a package of spaghetti and sauce ready to make just in case the guests need a quick, easy meal if they get in late.I guess the bottom line is that you always need to be improving to stay competitive these days.

In many cases, they'll more than pay for themselves just in being able to get you more rent. 

I bring 10-15 investment every month to investors just in the greater Orlando area, without counting how many offices we have nationwide.

I wanted to keep refinance as an option exit strategy for my investment sub 2 just in case I needed as I ran into a seller who wanted one a house back after I repaired it.

May be im just in the wrong market.

Maybe I misunderstood him or he meant something else, but I don't see how paying the same amount it would be regardless but just in 3 separate payments helps reduce the mortgage more than it would've been over time.
