My degree is in Entrepreneurship and my current field of work is in Immigrations.

I'm all for LEGAL immigration, not illegal.  

Everybody needs to live somewhere---you can't live in a mutual fund...Real estate will always be in demand regardless of the market circumstances...God stop making land on the 7th day (unless you live near a volcano)---you can't build a house on top of your IRA...Real Estate will benefit from diminished availability (supply) as our population expands due to natural reproduction and immigrant inflex.My vote is---well, it's pretty obvious...Regards,Scott Miller

He is a youth minister at a church, and the church paid his 6 month security deposit, plus first and last month rent.

Immigrants.

Long story short I discovered the owner was a minister.

All of our tenants, regardless of whether they are an aid to a government minister renting a furnished flat, or a single parent struggling on social assistance merit a clean, safe and functioning home.
