There's money to be made whatever you decide to do but your biggest advantage is your age and time available to learn and grow.I have thought about house hacking for quite some time now.

Have quite a few out of state investors that we've worked with to get them great cash flow and tax savings.

Quite prudent to stay away from such lack of quality in regards to REI agents.

This will be my second time its listed and so far I've gotten quite a few people interested in applying and only 2 that actually have so far.

The lease agreement is quite vague and doesn’t outline responsibilities clearly.

The expenses though are quite a bit higher since it is a bed and breakfast.  

It would be worth quite a bit more now, prices in the area have gone up since the announcement of Micron building down the road.

BECAUSE if she quit she wouldnt get unemployment on top of the absurd amount of benefits she was getting . ( the amount she gets is between $50k and $70K based on what she showed a coworker) . 

Interest rates atm seem quite high so will ride this out a bit longer (and ratios will continue to improve over time.)
