Emergencies are a different story but I'm sure you would want to be involved if one came up...just be sure they know what an emergency entails haha

I have no idea what that entails but it's a HUGE industry here in Houston because of our local economies.

This can entail looking at economic drivers of an area, population growth, job growth, home prices, rental prices, etc.

Just wondering what this is going to entail.

I'm totally new to real estate investing and all that it entails. 

I just felt handing over all that it entails to list the property, show the property, verify an applicant, do a walk through, obtain a security deposit that it was worth it to hand that over for a one time fee of 75% of my first month’s rent and then take back over once the tenant is in place.

What all does it entail?

Unfortunately, with market being so hot most sellers aren't accepting the VA loan since it entails high inspection standards and it takes longer to close.

Any expectations on what this will entail and if I should have a contractor lined up already to be there for any engineering assessment so they can be on the same page -- I would appreciate it.
