I came across a property in Elizabeth NJ.

@Elizabeth GomezHaving an LLC without a business leaves no benefit.Having an LLC doesn't necessarily just make things like cell phone bill, gas deductible.Once you have a rental that is placed in service - you can benefit from being able to deduct items that relate to that business.

Follow the CPAs on the forums you can get a good feel for them for free-@Michael Plaks, @Ashish Acharya, @Lance Lvovsky, @Elizabeth Cummings, among others. 

In the city of Elizabeth, where I come from, there is a row of apartment houses that used to rent for from $55 to $60 a month.
