And then there are those who know the don't meet the criteria but believe telling me their sob stories will win me over (I'm so jaded this typically has exactly the opposite effect).

There are two types homeowners in foreclosure; the delusional and the jaded.

Now granted I have done all my business in the Cleveland markets which is one of the toughest markets to work in so I am a bit jaded.

It is about large investment groups paying off politicians(who get say claim they are champions of the poor) and results in amalgamation of wealth and control.Maybe I am jaded and pessimistic here, but I doubt I'm wrong.

This coupled with the the fact that individual Airbnb Owners seem to have become jaded over the long term of owning properties, which has led to higher cleaning fees, hidden fees or exorbitant fees being threatened or charged to renters in an unprofessional manner I believe is going to cause a shift back to the hotel industry over time if they are not able to change course relatively quickly.
