So I do want to clarify a few things about how my property is furnished that I assumed was implied, but my potential MTR does have the following: - Washer/Dryer- 75 inch mounted TV - Fridge/Microwave - Kitchen Appliances (silverware, pots/pans, soap dispensers, coffee maker, cutting boards, etc) - Multiple large mirrors on walls, fake plants around the home, living room carpet/coffee table in additon to couch. - Full office with a desk and a deskchar plus filing cabinet. - Bathroom towels, hair dryer, soap, toilettires, etc. - Grill in the backyard.

Admittedly, pricing will often account for any major items, and I don't believe this is true in Sandy Springs, but there are some areas that an interstate cuts off a small part of the neighborhood, and so labeling the neighborhood as "good" may be true for 90% of that neighborhood, but if you are in the 10% that is on the "wrong side" of the interstate, it can be a totally different market.

So if lots of parking, ideally walking distance to busses or transportation to cut down on cars, you might get away with it (legally).Operationally;  this is a can of worms to manage. 

So the 14.75% (15%) is just their cut.

If not seek a lawyer.The important thing is to cut ties as quickly as you can and transition your rentals to another manager. 

We are still waiting for them to forward a check settling our accounts, months after cutting off business relationships.

However, we are expecting 2 rate cuts this year.

They're spending tax-payer money, so they'll cut a check without batting an eye.Document condition before and after with photos, inspect regularly, and you should be fine.
