I stay away from Then Merrill and Greg Clement as they sold SIMS 2.0 several years ago and it was a terrible product and their customer service was horrible.  

I lived in Crucita for a few years but now live full time in San Clemente where we are starting our condo development project.It's definitely worth coming back especially if you already have a feel for Ecuador and if the lifestyle and culture resonated with you.

I just wanted to invite all the Orange County BP crowd down to check out the house we built in San Clemente.

Though I don't have Vacation Rental properties myself, we have some projects we have under construction (San Clemente Spec, and San Clement Condos if you look on Investor Deal Diaries) or in for permits that I think would make great luxury Vacation Rental units.

I have emailed Greg Clements 6 times for help resolving this technical issue and he will not respond to any of my emails.
