All speculation at this point, but near Lee St/29 and a little north of the Sylvan Hills neighborhood, imagine this:  taking MARTA from the airport heading back north in town, you get off of at a hub, where now you can walk over to the Atlanta Beltline terminal and take transport to your stop.

Hey @Ben Lee, Firstly, removing Aunt A from the deed through a quitclaim deed could potentially trigger a reassessment for property tax purposes, as it involves a change in ownership.

@Christopher DeAraujo I am in the process of getting out of the business of paying for tenant heating given the volatility of oil prices and having seen 5/20 tenants put their heat up to 78 and keeping their windows open for fresh air when it was -20 degrees outside.
