Other than that, charge rent until the end of the lease, return the deposit minus deductions.  

Since there is no lease you probably can’t charge rent.  

Big dilemma on best practice or most efficient way to charge "rent" on tools/equipment that one partnership owns that will be used for remodeling/maintenance work on other partnerships with different owners.

Next year is always coming; just ask any Padres or Chargers fan around here... 

I see property managers over charge rent.

I like the 500 mile range that makes going camping realistic were as with my 16 X it only has 220 range which is fine for daily driving and we drive it 1000 miles to Vegas twice a year and with the super charger network it all works out fine and of course our superchargers are free so we never pay for energy..

I see in single family homes, people charge rent and the tenant pays for electric and maybe water.

And charge rent on the new loan?

It also makes it easier to charge rent from people I know since I won't be the only owner.
