Hey guys, for those of you with Carrot websites or any sites in general where SEO and PPC are a main driver of your leads.

I go to school at Madison, Wisconsin but live in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area outside of school.I was originally looking at opening up a Carrot site and learning as I go from them after many good reviews, however I want to learn the process a bit more before jumping in.I have significant experience in Facebook and third party advertising services as well as some deal analysis.

They also host websites, phone numbers, and landing pages which saves money on other services (i.e. carrot, callrail, clickfunnels).

A lot of people around here set up Carrot sites, which is another way to go.I think if you're looking to list your properties, I would stick to the main outlets like Zillow and Apartments.com and then surface them up through your website via an iframe/plugin if possible. 

Have searched & read the many forum posts re: many platforms including PropStream, ListSource, DealMachine, Property Radar, REIPro, The Automated REI, Carrot.

Long story short, coming at people with a thirty day termination is all stick no carrot. 

Would it make sense to use Carrot as a way of finding deals?

The idea of a discount is there just as a carrot to get them to pay.  

I recommend Investor Carrot unless you are a total DIY Guy.  

Ive been doing some research on lead sites and I'm down to "2 investor carrot and lead propeller".
