I have been browsing MLS around Fayetteville and they seem overpriced, but I had only been looking form the stand point of a land lord.

It took me a while to find the "Browse Company" box.

(to many to list).I haven't browsed through all the features but I personally use what they call RVM which is a better estimated value of the house then the old AVM and also they also list mortgage and tax info on that same page when you search for a property which is a plus for me as well.But then again I'm a new Realtor so maybe all this info is available else where, and i just haven't found them, but check it out and let me know what you think.

Hey Everyone, I have been browsing the site for the past couple days and have been nothing but impressed by the wealth of knowledge by the members and am very excited about becoming an active member of the site.I am a single father that has been involved in some aspect of real estate and real estate investing for the past 6 years.

I registered here recently, and after doing some browsing aroundI've come to the conclusion that I am extremely ignorant at this point regardingthe details of property investment or flipping.

OK, advance apologies from me for the instructional hijacks.The way to do this is to use the "Quote" function on the post where you wish to borrow a quote, and then copy and paste that into a text editor; if you use tabbed browsing, you can open that quote in another tab or even another browser window if you choose,Once you have it copied, you can add it into any reply to any other thread.

Browsing the internet I came to this website and someone on here said, why pay for what you can get for free on the net.

So take your time browse and learn as much as you can from all the kind and pleasant members that make up biggerpockets!
