Florida Land trust give some asset protection.For just a revocable trust and a Florida LLC, probably most estate planning oriented attorney could do it.However if you look at an asset protection structure, there are a few attorney specialized in that area in the tri-county.There is an expensive one in Boca Raton that I would not recommend at all.

I've been analyzing deals for the past 8 months (townhouses and Condos mostly)  and It was really hard to find anything higher than 8% COC in Boca Raton, Delray or Pompano Market (and that was at 90%-95% asking price which is almost impossible those days )1.What are you guys opinion on the best market in South Florida  for cashflow purposes ?
