that's why you'll see thousands of posts in the archives of this forum about people being a newbie wholesaler and "building their empire", but they quickly stop posting and we never hear from them again...again, sorry to be harsh...take it as constructive criticism and use it to motivate you to find some deals...once you find deals nobody else knew about, you'll have buyers begging you for more deals....good luck!

So I suggest you try the archives, If my posts are not there I'm sure other posters have covered the subject well enough.

I actually worked with some people on one of the world's largest forums (currently indexing about 198,000,000 posts, active and archived combined) on a complete rewrite of the search technology.Along with several thousand in new search servers, the new system basically cut our response time in searches from anywhere up to 10 seconds down to less than half a second.

The proponents of the 5Day sale suggest NOT etting an appraisal. that's explained in the book and on the forum, in the archives, or ask there why not.

While scanning several sites, it was obvious that BP was the best and had the best information-both current and archived-that I didn't need to keep going to or searching for other REI sites.
