My most recent was a woman that begged me to help her move so I paid 320.00 for a mover.

The original down payment is always fixed, some loans are fixed and the commercial 5+ units are always ARMS.Over time, as you move rents to stay current with the FMR, your GSI & NOI increases while your cash investment and mortgage payment stays relative fixed.My original CoC in '97 was much lower than my final when I sold it in April,'2016.With an initial LTV of 68.8% from a 1031 down payment, my CoC was  26.2% in '97Today it's more like 52.4%

That may or may not include skirting, deck/stairs, and utility connections so check with the mover what they do exactly.

So I'm expanding my search and am interested in Aberdeen.

Then the sheriff comes, and you can either have movers there that will do the heavy lifting for you or not. 

It also states people are welcome to move homes and I will even supply them with a list of movers.

I could happily be a serial mover, buying gentle fixers to improve.

Say it's for rental trucks, movers, whatever she wants to use it for, but if she agrees verbally, get it in writing as well.

When they move out the movers will take all of your stuff and load it too.
