"I'm at the point where I've gotten out THE lease and it doesn't have anything about locksmith, however the maintenance, repairs section states, " All normal repairs necessary to maintain premises in a tenantable condition shall be done by or under the direction of the landlord, and at the Landlord's expense, except those caused by negligence or acts of the Tenant, which repairs shall be made at the sole coast of the Tenant.

Now they charge for every single stupid thing and when their system wouldn't allow me to toggle my subscription from annual to monthly (because i was planning on going to a different CRM) it charged me for $3800 for the year and they refused to refund and go to monthly.

If their rudeness etc causes me to not be able to do my job (they yell at refuse to let me in when I've posted notice), then that's a violation for interfering with management duties, on top of the violations for disturbing their neighbors, housekeeping violations, failures to report maintenance, etc..
