Over the last 10-15 years I have seen the number of products and more consumer goods offered.If I am looking strictly for lumber, hardware, drywall, basic cabinets and appliances then Lowes is a good place.I have been disappointed many times when looking for plumbing supplies, electrical supplies, and even moldings, floor coverings, etc.In our area Home Depot has a much better supply though often they are a little more expensive than Lowes.

What I know so far is that it's been broken into several times, stolen pipes, fire, and it's causing the family a lot of undue stress, so hopefully we can get them all on the same page with wanting to unload it.

Some have steady deal flow but when I compare their estimated ARV versus comps on Zillow for the past 6 months within 2 miles, I feel like their is some dishonesty at play.I have a realtor with some construction background currently picking through a list of properties from an investor who wants to unload a few at a time but I think only 1 or 2 might be a good value play.
