I also like a inexpensive cleaner/degreaser called "Mean Green" works on most surfaces like trim, doors,kitchens, bathrooms and appliances inside and out etc (It won't remove hard water deposits though).

The exterior consists of stuccoed brick masonry with a wide band of trim below the cornice line and a course of brick dentil detail.

I removed the trim and first row of deck boards.

It took about 6 months for my PM to have contractors come do a few minor issues like paint outside trim, finish floors, etc.

Updated: Kitchen and Bathroom, New Flooring, New Interior Doors, New Windows, New Central Air, Scrapped and Resurfaced Ceilings, Ceiling Fans in each area, Exterior New Deck, and Whole Interior paint and Exterior trim paint What was the outcome?

New flooring throughout, painted the walls, trim, ceilings, re-piped, closed in the water heater and furnace to make a more appealing mud room space, painted the cabinets, new hardware on the cabinets, new dishwasher.

This doesn’t have to be $10k in redesign, it could be refreshing the trim paint, or new flooring that needs to be done anyways.
