Agreed Bill - getting on the board is a great idea, however I've been over their financials with a fine tooth comb and I honestly have no issues with the way they are currently running things.  

That is steep, if you are only doing painting, no covering, no repairs, no floor protection, no masking, and about 10-20 more "no" somethings.
