Hint: use a pump sprayer to apply the mix and let is soak into the paper then use a putty knife to scape of and glue residue.

As I am a Realtor, I soaked in as much of the market as possible and watched prices around Kona skyrocket over 2017.

Every old school painter I have dealt with in the past always used oil based primer on top of wallpaper just for the fact that water-based primers saturate and soak into the wallpaper and can cause some bubbling and peeling of the glue.

I've used fabric softener in a spray bottle and let it soak in.

Soak it down with a 1/2 and 1/2 solution of fabric softener and warm water.
