Jay,Writing letters by hand ( the old school way) is the best way to get your readers attention. 

Make it a limited character input if you are going to do this.Assumes the reader understands the x50% expense calculationIt doesn't allow you to edit the footer, which I would want to do to protect myself and my company, I'm sure others would agree.It should state the maximum file size for images loaded.
