Make it a limited character input if you are going to do this.Assumes the reader understands the x50% expense calculationIt doesn't allow you to edit the footer, which I would want to do to protect myself and my company, I'm sure others would agree.It should state the maximum file size for images loaded.

I mainly wanted the reader to see and understand the ROR is not equal to RATE and understand the skew as it relates to other calculations.The issue with using RATE in discounted loans is accounting for the discount.
