Not the best experience but also didn’t buy the home with intent to rent so it was a suboptimal situation to begin with.Due to “circumstances” I am considered an accredited investor and I’ve looked at syndication for quite awhile and decided to take the plunge with Brandon (Turner) on one of his ODC offerings but it’s still very new so nothing much to report there.

I am sure you have heard it before, but in this business relationships mean absolutely everything and can make a ridiculous difference in your success and the acceleration of it.There was something that I discovered a few years ago that is surprisingly simple that has made unreal differences in my plunge into real estate investing thus far, and it’s completely FREE and EVERYONE has access to it (the guru’s are going to hate me for this one LOL, no $997 weekend sales pitch that just so HAPPENS to be on sale today and today only!).

My name is lynn Im from massachusettes, I've been a mortgage broker for two years.about a year ago I started doing some telemarketing for a very shady guy who wholesaled in florida,to make a long story short I basically got all his deals and after knowing he was shortchanging me on pay I started keeping the good deals and sold them to whom I thought would be a great partner again I was Duped.So here I am taking the plunge and doing it on my own.I wish you all a very profitable new year :D

I suppose most people ready to take the plunge into creating and investing into building a hotel are seasoned investors or contractors, however, I believe I found an excellent location and market and I have a design background so I am not concerned as far as the design of the building goes.My question: does anyone have any resources on where to begin a project as large as this?
