Short Term Rental friendly Buildings/HOA

Hello community,

I've been operating a short-term rental here in Denver and am in a position with a partner to trade up our unit of operation.  My unit is completely legal and licensed, and the new one would be as well.  Turning the old one into a traditional rental, one at a time.

The question is, with a desire to move Downtown (A1 choice), or the most immediate neighborhoods surrounding downtown, does anybody in the BP community know of specifically friendly buildings or HOA's as it relates to Short Term Rentals?

Any info helps!

Thanks,

Charley Silverman
