It also means your plumbing is probably cast iron, and your wiring really needs checked out it is probably knob and tube.

Cons would consist of such things as, asbestos wrapped pipes and heating system, lack of insulation, cast iron plumbing, possible knob and hook electric.

Ironically enough, I have held properties even beyond the 90 day period...closer to 120 days and still had to get the second appraisal.

Hey guys my name is DeJaun Mckenzie I'm 21 and currently a Chef at a independent restaurant, I have 0 real estate experience and only recently got into it because ironically my boss's brother told me it's something I should invest in, and after doing research I've decided I want to start out wholesaling and from there I ended up on bigger pockets.
