In my 9 years in construction, I missed 2 project deadlines, out of 80 - maybe a little more, most of them have 4-6 month with 20-30 workers at a time, I say I'm pretty good at running the projects, I might not be as good as you though, hats off to you.

I addition to the 30 days leading up to when rent was due you have to of also missed all the notice deadlines delivered to you by the Landlord and the courts for it to go in front of a judge.
