I'm just not sure exactly what the best plan of attack would be for my market, and I'm having difficulty tightening up my specific business plan.

. , We got house for 191K sold for 430K cleared about 70 K and took us much longer than expected..Worst job ever, never thought it would ever smell good enough to put on market but we won.. after a couple of asthma attacks and lots of labor.. the city had lived trapped about 40 cats previous owner was feeding out of her garage along with about a dozen she had inside..

@Kris BensonI am a real estate investor in South Carolina (buy and hold - over 150 family owned properties )I have many contacts in my area as I started with Father upon graduating (Clemson - BS Accounting- 1990)——/I have other businesses and have been blessed over the years ——I started a new business this year - And have a local who proposed the following ——They have a 6 acre commercial property close to I 95 (within ~ 1/4 mile) They pitched that I build self storage facility - start small and test market and build from there ) She has land - I build ss facility and split profits I would like to enter this field and have many acres myself (4 acres right on interstate 30 minutes away - etc - etc )I would love to partner with someone in this field and build modern ss facility - start with that property and grow with them and with my own land I don’t want to start from scratch to reinvent wheel (dont pretend to know best way to attack project but have contacts in every field relating to construcrion )This area is own fire - population escaping lack of proper infrastructure of tricounty (Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley) area bc of recent growth New businesses include -Boeing , Volvo etcThe lack of modern ss facilities in this particular area of partnership.

So, I’ve been delving into the topic of wholesaling recently, building a plan of attack, but a few specifics still confuse me.

Gives me a bad feeling the more I look around haha, it's not ghetto by any means but it's not necessarily promising either....somewhat of a gamble in my eyes.My basic plan of attack: I'd like to attempt house hacking initially, get a feel for owning a house, renting things out, and working it that way.

If someone telling you blunt truth is reason enough  for you to think you are being attacked in some way or another, there indeed is a problem.

When you are applying to get business credit cards and the bank ask to use your personal SSN is this only to hold you reliable if I default or does it weaken the LLC by allowing someone to "break the vile" and attack me personally for a lawsuit.

I feel your strategy explanation would better equip us to answer your question, plus I am curious about what info led you to the conclusion you reached.Will please don't view this as an attack as I value what you have to say.I looked through the census for rental and housing vacancies and couldn't find the highest vacancy rates you mentioned.
