I do know pest control treatments fall under the guidelines here in KY which has been useful to me for unit inspection b/c my buddy owns a pest control company, just saying.I don't believe I would state the unit is inhabitable to the housing commission b/c they might hold you responsible for her temporary re-location until its repaired.

However I still very much like Vegas for some of the best if not best tax treatment all around in the US  and desert conditions IE no snow or hard freeze generally no soil issues  massive thunderstorms that ruin roofs etc etc.

Hire Professionals: Engage a licensed and reputable pest control company to assess the situation, recommend a treatment plan, and implement it.

I'm seeing requests for entire homes - all utilities included, W/D, FURNISHED, pool, gated community and I wouldn't be surprised if I saw someone throw in an extra request for daily spa treatments - all for around $1,400/$1,600 or less! 

Proper tenant responsiveness and overall good and respectful treatment leads to longer leases and more renewals.I have the vendors, the experience, and the resources, plus I send you nice monthly and EOY documents your accountant will love.Peace of mind.

So if you are an active real estate professional like I am, the tax treatment of gains, losses, and income is different than for others.High level, here is how I would look at it.

My question is,  if there are ants after the first treatment/first visit, can she legally ask for a new pest control?

I also got a X-17 pic sent to me phone after doing a showing, I'm guessing they wanted preferential treatment? 

I had an exterminator come out and started a treatment but could not rent the property out mid month I had to postpone till the following month.
