-I use navy fed for the banking for my personally owned properties (I have one checking account for three Milwaukee properties, and one for my Pensacola property) and for the properties owned by the LLC, I have a business checking account via Chase to handle those.

@Ryan E.Hi Ryan.I really need to have 3 major projects within my target area that is about to start or has started already.As an example, I bought in the Clinton Hill/Fort Greene Area starting in the year 2003 in Brooklyn.There were 3 major projects that were being developed very close. 1) The Barclay's Arena 2) the rebuilding of the World Trade Centers and 3) Steiner Movie Productions in the Navy Yard.All are multi-Billion Dollar projects.
