I can do the same and get you new doors which YOU use a program to design and I charge no markup, and get a client discount too.OrI can laminate ANY of them with REAL WOOD ANY SPECIES and professionally finish them in any stain or just a clear coat, EXCEPT this option the doors MUST be replaced in the same species of solid wood, which I have made and you get to design them from a choice of about 15 different combos.

Took out all old carpet and replaced with new in a neutral color . ( off white with sprigs of darker in it) re stained the kitchen cabinets with “ Minwax†Polyblend all in one using Bombay Mahogany ( I love this stuff ,no sanding clean with mineral spirits, and paint on, 2 coats usually does it $12 total) this is a dark redish color with black in the grain look.

It was a turnkey and we just added a new coat of paint to all of the rooms (walls were all white) and total investment was under $70K.There are some properties I'm looking at around the $45 - $50K range (needs a little TLC and probably approx. $5K in rehab) but in SAFE areas that also have clean water.

@James Brand, Yes we are keeping some of the original features: the plaster walls, which are in great shape, will get a new skim coat, and there are original pristine hardwood floors in the living room.
