J,I noticed your temp service on the last page, are you using an overhead service?

The worse part is that they now have so many streams of media to manipulate people with.

Even if inflation goes "back down" to their target of 2.5%, which is obviously manipulated.

However, knowing how the numbers are being manipulated can give you insight into whether or not a sponsor is truly being conservative or if they're just conservative and hope you don't know the difference.

Temp was still fairly mild at 16.

@Brian Briscoe I can see how vacancies & thus rent would be affected in upper B & A class units, though I wonder if that would be the case in medium to low income or government subsidies housing where you'd expect less tenant migration during cold temps.. 

We are in Milwaukee so we have cold winters and it gets hot in the summer - contractors are alwasy super busy the first few weeks after it hits 80F in the summer and the first few weeks after temps drop below 30F in winter.

Keep in mind, working with the temp housing agencies is just one strategy for MTRs.
